Chalet with wellness, garden and views

This beautiful residence in the right wing of a semi-detached house surprises with its modern, atmospheric interior. The abundance of wood combined with high ceilings, lots of glass and elements from the mountain world create a unique atmosphere. After a nice day, you can relax in your own sauna and from the living room you have access to the balcony with glass wall. It feels just like being in the middle of the mountains here!
For winter sports enthusiasts, this chalet has an excellent location. This is because Piesendorf-Walchen itself has a small ski area called Erlebnisberg Naglköpfl, where there is a practice area with a drag lift (Naglköpfllift), where beginners can learn to ski in peace and quiet. Airboarding, tobogganing and snowtubing are also possible here. The popular Zell am See - Kaprun ski area is just around the corner. In a few minutes, you can reach the Kaprun (6.4 km) and Zell am See (8 km) ski lifts by car. The ski bus stops 300 m from the chalet.
In summer, the region offers numerous carefully mapped out hiking and cycling routes for every skill level. Fancy a refreshing dip? Visit one of the many outdoor or indoor swimming pools. The famous Krimmler Waterfalls are just a stone's throw away

Good base for tourism. Pity about the big road nearby, with the windows open it causes some noise when sleeping. The kitchen is well equipped but the panndn needs replacing.

It is a nice house! The rooms and the house look good. The pans are in need of replacement, other kitchen stuff is of good quality. The house has a constant pleasant temperature and enough bathrooms (sauna is a plus!). A disadvantage is that when we picked up the key, there was all kinds of talk about an information package that contained all kinds of preliminary work that had to be done. This was not sent, and it was handled in a negative way. Owners of the house live next door and let family in earlier. All in all, totally worth a visit!
Great house, great for everyone to have their own bathroom. Spacious sauna and rest room. Cozy living room kitchen with beautiful views. Location is 10 minutes drive to Kaprun or Zell am See, so not directly near a gondola.
