Very nice, quiet, new, modern holiday flat with everything you need. From the terrace/balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains.

Excellent flat, very nice and uncomplicated landlord. Equipment of the flat is very good and the flat makes an overall new impression. Shopping facilities can be reached in 3 minutes by car. The lift (Panorama-Bahn/Hollersbach) can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. We did not use the ski bus, but it is within walking distance of the flat. The flat consisted of 2 bedrooms and a kitchen-living room. The couch can be converted into a bed. Bathroom is spacious and equipped with shower - toilet separate with window. Flat is fully recommendable!

We were guests in this beautiful holiday flat for the 2nd time and can recommend the flat without reservation. The landlords are very nice, open and helpful. The flat is well equipped, very clean and furnished to a high standard. It is in a quiet location, but the centre of Mittersill with its bakery, grocery shop, restaurants and bus stops is still a 15-minute walk away. Many thanks again to the hosts, we will be happy to come back! Our tip: The myRegio weekly ticket for bus and train. We reached our destinations such as the Krimml Waterfalls, the hiking trail to the Bürgelhütte, Zell am See and various hiking destinations from Hollersbach in a relaxed and inexpensive way using public transport from Mittersill town square.

An amazingly beautiful flat. Nothing to complain about.

It is a super nice, spacious and practical flat. Fully equipped. Dishwasher, contact grill oven, everything, down to even the dishwasher tablets, sugar and sweeteners. Good base for trips to Grossglockner, Krimmler waterfalls and Liechtensteinklamm. We had a perfect May holiday!

Our best holiday home so far. The house is well maintained, looks neat and clean. The house is so complete that you do not need to bring anything from home. The owner receives you nicely and is easily accessible. Next year we will go again.

We felt comfortable in the well-equipped flat. The paths to the bakery, grocery shop were also easily accessible on foot. We started all our hikes directly from the apartment, without having to travel by car. If everything works out, we will come back next year.
