The house is very dated , smells musty and is not really clean / hygienic The view is very nice but you can not really sit outside because of a descending garden and old garden furniture Very unfortunate . Also around here you can not just cycle through the slopes . You really have to take the car to get out .

The house is actually a very cozy and quaint farmhouse with plenty of space for 3 families. Unfortunately, however, there is not even mobile Internet reception in addition to the non-existent Wi-Fi, which makes the excursion planning suburb a little difficult. Furthermore, we were very annoyed about the much too high cost accounting at the end (46, - heating and 19, - electricity for 2 days are in no relation). Both W-Lan and the Nebenkostenthematik could be solved in my opinion easily. Currently I would rather not recommend the house. A pity ....

Arrival was prima.De accommodation was not really clean, also the additional costs were hugely disappointing. It was not specified what the meter readings on arrival, they were also out of control. Fuel oil (heating oil), we would have used a lot, along with water and electricity. So this is something they should take into account this post is out of control and that is very jammer.Kosten per m3 of water was also very high, which is very important to the meter not believe worthy was.Dus for us on arrival with the landlord controleert.Omgeving was superb, also the panoramic view from the house was TOP.

Generations (9 people) on a weekend is fine possible. Beautiful common room next to the Küche.Hier can play great, chat, philosophieren.Das house is prepared already older but nice. You have to adapt to creaking floors and the usual cabin smell, then it is a great stay. The owners are very friendly.

Very great house super nice landlord we all had enough space and a dog we were attending the round hat.Für a large family gathering or like us spend time with close friends a try and enjoy only recommendable felt comfortable.

Those seeking peace and nature, will find it here. Our family holiday (13 persons) we had a relaxed environment. We could crickets and had seating to enjoy the nature. The service was very cordial.

The house is surrounded by beautiful nature, but very close to the main road and is not fenced. If you, like us, traveling by dog, does that mean you can the dog under any circumstances let alone in the garden ... The next place where you go nice food, little things can shop and it has a butcher / baker is 3.5km away. Unfortunately, the house was not really cleaned, so we had to wipe the floor of the toilets, the residual traces of the previous tenant. Even the dishes and the oven had to be cleaned before use only müssen.So something we had not been so erlebt- (While standing incense throughout the house, but these were not always able to drive the smelly touch of home. Once stank the whole house even after cloaca (like but could not resolve conclusively the cause, the next day the smell was gone) .Trotzdem after we had everything reasonably cleaned, we felt at home and a very nice holiday there verbracht.Ach yes before leaving water / oil and electricity will be charged this is not to be underestimated. We have a 11-member "extended family" (parents, four adult sons with his wife or partners and 1 grandson) for a long weekend (Friday-Monday) in this lovingly restored home verbracht.Von homeowners, de close to live (next house) were Friday evening we received it sh .. The house is detached with a large garden, we could not use because of the bad weather micht. The magnificent view of the valley was therefore not granted to us also. We have felt very comfortable in the house. The spacious chefs made it possible that we could cook together and cozy "room" invited to linger and long "Schwätzle." We liked it very well there and we will be back!

A wonderful environment where you s, delicious morning wake up. A great place to tour there from many trips to the engine. You can sit outside with view on the valley and mountains. The people are very friendly and helpful. The house is old but that has so again its charms. Well not so practical is the living room in the attic and kitchen downstairs. Also, we missed a good TV and internet connection.

The House Fernblick is superbly located on a hill in a small village. We enjoyed the house itself, pretty spacious. The area is perfect for skiing (limited), skiing and hiking in the winter. A visit to Passau is worth.

The house is beautiful. A great friendly bar (it used to be a boarding house), nice living room, nicely decorated rooms. Very generous. We were there with 8 people and dog and had plenty of room. The owners live next door and are super nice, without being intrusive. We have probably rundrum gefühlt.Es however lonely and the nearest supermarket away something. Without a car even nichts.Runderum beautiful trails, you can let off steam as well.

We extended family, with 5 adults, 4 children and 1 dog we have in the house very comfortable. especially the kids and the dog enjoyed the vast terrain. it was the owner who live with the terrain, extremely hospitable, warm and open and we have every possible wish. A house to feel comfortable.

This house has everything needed for a relaxing holiday.

We were with a group of children for a week in a cottage distant view. The nice landlord received us kindly and always cared very dear to us. Even when the kids were little louder times, which was fine. The house has been lovingly renovated and is just very cozy. It is practical and beautiful and offers plenty of space for 10 people ausreichent so that you can also drag back. Especially the kitchen is very well equipped. The area around the holiday home is just about the perfect place for children to run and play. Our stay was just great, and certainly not the last visit to the House Fernblick. Thanks to a very dear again to the nice landlord.

We felt as a group of 8 people (BB 50) in the House very well. Nice hosts (worried us even if ordered in advance on arrival 2 cases of beer had), a modern kitchen, the large living room on the ground floor and 2 modern bathrooms are the highlight of the house. The bedrooms exude a slightly nostalgic atmosphere, it is well suited to the character of this old building. In each bedroom there is a sink with hot and cold water, so that with the use of the bathroom / toilet was not a bottleneck. The large living room upstairs with TV, we did not use. The fitness equipment and table tennis in the attached unheated barn are probably only in the summer only and have their best days already behind him. Sit together nicely for our short break with hiking, excursions and evening, this house was perfect and we can only recommend it.
