Perfect for a small family or a group of 4 friends, this large and comfortable 1-bedroom apartment is in Ballenstedt. On the furnished terrace, you can spend your evenings with a refreshing cool drink and barbecue to your heart's content.
Ballenstedt rests in a rural area on the northern edge of the Harz Mountains. The town center with supermarkets, nightlife pubs, and restaurants is at 2 km if you wish to explore the local culture and cuisine. There is a lake nearby for a pleasant day out. If you feel like visiting the surroundings, check out Falkenstein Castle, Bismarck Tower, and Roseburg.
Central heating keeps you comfortable indoors. The living room with a double sofa bed is great to read a book or lounge. You can try out new recipes and cook hearty meals in the open equipped kitchen. Sit back and enjoy the tranquillity on the terrace or soak in the sun in the garden. Parking is available.

Our arrival did not go well because of our mistake. Staff at Belvilla helped us very well to solve this problem. Yet a lot of thanks for that! The stay was fine, looked neat and fully equipped! Thuringia in the fall is beautiful, especially in the beautiful weather that we had unthought!
Warmly welcomed! Nice tour, bicycles were allowed in the separate barn with the key. Private parking space for the car. Spacious house with cozy furnishings. Definitely recommended!

Nice apartment, good hostess, some weird entry because the owner of the first week was not present. But everything gevonden.Twee hiccups the mattress is to be replaced and the towels were moderate to poor quality and actually weinig.Voor rest a lovely apartment and a nice starting point to undertake. The property appears to lie on the edge of Ballenstedt quiet road only twenty meters from the house sometimes causes noise, especially bikers. The garden is ideal and well into the afternoon sun, then you can move to the front. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, fourteen days, good weather, and there are also often been out on. Definitely recommended that you do not have to be disappointed.

During Christmas we stayed in this apartment in Wernigerode. An excellent apartment with more than enough room for two people. A spacious living room with kitchen and a large (lockable) conservatory or garden room. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are more than ample storage in all closets. For lovers of German books, there is a good library. We used the apartment as a base for nature walks. Our destinations were quickly accessible. Seen many beautiful surroundings and most sites were within an hour's drive away.
