This beautiful villa with a private swimming pool and wellness area is in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. With all its facilities this villa offers the holidays from your dreams, with family and friends!

Start the day with a walk along the rolling hills covered with olive trees and vineyards. With Cortona at a short distance and nice places such as Chianciano Terme (40 km) and Perugia (60 km), you have plenty to see here!


The villa has 2-swimming pools (including one heated with hydro massage and 1-panoramic), a private parking space, terracotta floors, stone doors and windows and a wellness area (pre-reservation for a surcharge). This villa offers an elegant veranda with sliding glass doors for pleasant moments of relaxation, complete with a table, chairs and air conditioning. All rooms are air-conditioned.
