What a beautiful house with all the luxury one could desire. On top of the mountain you wake up everyday with a breathtaking overview of the wonderful rustic environment. Each night enjoying the sunset wonder with a nice cold drink. Inside the house is as charming as can be. And the kids loved every element of the covered Pool, with jacuzzi, waterfall as well as the ping pong table, the Pool and football table. The owners are spectacularly welcoming and super friendly. We loved our stay and definitely recommend it!!
We felt very comfortable. The owners were very nice and, despite the rustic appearance, everything in the house worked perfectly. The garden is beautiful and you have a fantastic view.
A fantastic villa and a real fairy house and a beautiful garden with great views
We were received very kindly by Franco and Aukse..De villa is beautiful, very smart, and great attention to detail! Each room has its own theme and is on its own very nicely decorated. We were there with 9 people, and we have experienced a very nice time. Also at the beautiful pool! Turkish bath was also used and the jacuzzi was very pleasant. The view from the villa is beautiful! The only downside we found the roman path to it, by car a challenge every time. The trips we have done are Todi, Montefiascone, Orvietto, Lago di Bolsena..Allemaal worth a visit! We are generally very excited about our stay and the environment, and it is definitely recommended! -D
This villa was really pretty phenomenal. Everything was provided, super kid friendly (eg pool can be closed, no dangerous stairs, ...), nice rooms, furniture, garden ... only downside was the rather small kitchen. Wonderful holiday you will never forget.
We have 16 people (aged between 6 and 89) had a wonderful holiday in this very special house in the green hills of Umbria now. Every detail has been addressed. Each room is different and again just wonderful. By the owner the house itself is designed as a dream home. Their welcome and helpfulness is extremely friendly. Handy if you can Italian word. The house has a spacious living area and pool. The pool is surrounded by glass walls slide open, so it is adaptable to any type of weather. The surrounding garden is filled with delicious herbs (in tea and use food) and the beautiful flowers blooming everywhere. The site is located on an old Roman hobbelpad and GPS is required to find it. Nice village 1.5 km walk. From home, you can enjoy hiking and running, mountain biking or racing bikes. The roads are quiet. There are challenging climbs. In the vicinity you will find many interesting cultural attractions ancient fortified towns, churches, palaces, papal recidentia. Remains from Etruscan and Roman times, from the Middle Ages and the rennaissance.De train from Florence to Rome stop at a small station at 3 km away and takes you in 1 hour m
