Comfortable holiday home with dishwasher in a nature reserve

This detached holiday home is in the Landgoed Het Grote Zand holiday park, 1.5 km from the little village centre of Hooghalen. The lively provincial capital, Assen, is 11 km away.
The holiday home is comfortable, fully furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with TV. The open plan kitchen includes a dishwasher and combination microwave. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In addition, there's a separate toilet and a lovely traditional or infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. On the first floor, you'll find a further four double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower and toilet, besides a separate toilet. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup.
There is a large garden with a terrace with garden furniture. Parking for three cars is available at the holiday home.
Numerous other holiday homes for four to twelve people are also available for rent at Landgoed Het Grote Zand holiday park.

The weekend was ok, but the stay was very disappointing in terms of cleaning. From the outside nice house, inside simply furnished but ok. The cleaning, on the other hand, was very bad. Dust nests, cobwebs and a tiled floor that just gives off black everywhere. In addition, flattened mosquitoes and flies on the walls everywhere. That is certainly a major shortcoming if cleaning costs are paid. We have reported this to the park, where they indicate that they are experiencing a shortage of cleaning staff. That is possible, but a house must be clean or give customers the opportunity to clean themselves and not pass on the costs.
Arrival went well. Accommodation was not very clean. Bedrooms lay dust in the corners and the coffee maker the filter was still full of mold on it. There was little to do for older children. The pool was okay but very dirty. There were many hairs on the bottom and it was also dirty in the corners of the windows. About the floor in the changing rooms but not to mention that was just muddy. Too bad there was no supervision either.
A beautiful house and a good base for cycling and hiking in a beautiful setting.
It was a great house. Nice and everything was there. In a beautiful location. The heath was within walking distance and the pool was completely pima. I would recommend this cottage to everyone.
Fine, a criticism. I was informed that the additional costs would be settled afterwards, but one of my daughters was there earlier than me and she had to pay the same. That was not in accordance with the agreement and also came as an unpleasant surprise.

Super nice house! Very spacious and child friendly. Nice big piece of grass behind the back home, here we can sit and play football / batmintoons. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner but not annoying. There was no child's seat, they could have been in the house. We have a lovely Midweek

Beautiful house with sauna and whirlpool. Despite the bad weather very tevreden.Groninger museum half an hour away. Kids present.
Accommodation was good, kids enjoyed the pool. Beds not very good, sagging mattresses. Sauna was not really hot.
We had initially booked the house for 15-04-16, but because someone is terminally ill in our party, and we were afraid it would come this late, resistance to 11-03-16.wat smoothly through the telephone. However, arrived at the park there was nothing known about our arrival was something wrong internally we went just do not know wat.nadat yet there has prepared a cleaning crew a house fast we could still start to our holiday.
We had 7 adults and 2 children a house for 10 people which was well above expectations. Plenty of seating in the living room and the dining table, a large kitchen with lots of stuff. Comfortable beds and three (!) Bathrooms. Absolutely great. Only the restaurant at the park was very disappointing. The pool is small, but nice.
beautiful vacation beautiful house with all amenities minus point is that the TV has many visit the park a bad image or not according to the service department (service service is essentially two times watching)
Our stay was a family party on the occasion of our 40th wedding anniversary. For us, our children and our grandchildren it was a good time, except for the weather. The latter one was responsible, but there were plenty of alternatives to do that shortcoming forgotten. In short, it was for us a great time.
Good arrival, friendly ladies behind reception. The house is amazing. Setting is fine. The kids were just fine vermaakt.Wij with three families. 9 persons but it went well. All praise.
You could go walking and cycling in the area and the park itself was quiet and the cottage had a lot of freedom
Despite the not so best weather we had a great fun week in our house on park Great Sand.

We are engaged in three families on vacation, grandparents and two families, everyone was very happy with the bungalow, RECOMMENDED
We enjoyed the property. Plenty of room for up to 8 people. R nPrima sanitation. Beautiful sauna. We have a cultural weekend due account of the weather.
Great house. Garden furniture is was very dirty on arrival. Fortunately we found a cleaner who has cleaned the spot.
Nice weekend with children and grandchildren had, with beautiful snow.
