The house was unhygienically dirty!! Not recommended. Not at all with small children.

Friendly owner, quiet park and beautiful surroundings. The house itself is not very clean and the furniture really needs to be replaced (read: broken). Plus mold in the house present on the ceiling; that's not very healthy either.

The cottage is located in a beautiful park in a beautiful omgeving.Het was a bit disappointing because we found it not so clean. The sanitary facilities were clean, but a vacuum cleaner in the corners wouldn't hurt. In the bedrooms it smelled musty and there were many cobwebs, spiders and silverfish. We had ordered bed linen and according to the site, that includes bath linen. There was none and the owner was very surprised when we called about it. So the first thing we had to do was buy towels. Then 10 euros per person is a lot and in our view not well taken care of.

Beautiful house, beautiful surroundings. A few small things such as shower that does not flow properly so you have to turn it off in between otherwise everything runs into the hallway. And perhaps new pans, which were unusable. The cutlery also needs to be replenished. Furthermore, had a wonderful holiday in a very nice and spacious holiday home.

We enjoyed the lovely house. Wonderfully spacious and everything is there to provide our guests with a delicious dinner during the Christmas season, both 1st and 2nd Christmas Day. The area is also very nice, nice in nature and yet all kinds of facilities nearby, such as a bakery and supermarket. Highly recommended !

We enjoyed a beautiful holiday home with lots of space, good beds and modern furnishings. Thanks to the beautiful weather, we were able to walk in the area. The location on the edge of the forest is ideal and the forest tower of Putten is highly recommended. A pity was that we did not get the audio equipment to work, because there was no voltage on it. Everything worked properly.

The house is spacious and clean. beautiful surroundings. Bed is not that comfortable and basement does not smell fresh.

Nice, cozy and attractive house! Really enjoyed a weekend away. Is centrally located in a nice area, in a quiet park.

Arrival was fine. Key was ready but at the same time the owner came to give a tour. Accommodation looked good! Everything was present. The oven turned out not to work a little later. Owner has offered a solution by offering a different oven in a different place. Good service!

Nice apartment with plenty of space.

A bunch of flowers or a bottle of wine is something more than a bag of candy. Accommodation was not clean and requires a facelift, lack of clarity about the separation of waste, where should you leave it to be true?

The accommodation was dirty, cleaning had not heard of this owner.

We rented the cottage for 1 week with 6 people and a small dog, the first impression was very good, tasteful and well furnished apartment with a few drawbacks - unfortunately not really comfortable the living room contains a 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs, for larger groups thus unsuitable - there is only a bathroom with shower, this is located in the basement and can only be reached by a steep staircase (dangerous for older people or infants) - 3 bedrooms in the basement, where there was relatively damp walls and a musty smell was - the garden is not fenced So on the whole ok, communication was great too and very helpful (internet was fixed within a day). Vlt. rather recommended for smaller groups or weekend trips.

Beautiful spacious house with all amenities. Quiet location. From the park you walk straight into the heath / forest. Good beds. Minuses outside space around the house is not that big. If you shower, the whole bathroom floor will soon become white.

The holiday home is very nicely decorated and complete. There is a spacious living room which is very nice. There is also one very large bedroom. Beautiful garden furniture and the environment is super nice, you walk into the forest.

The cottage was very nice. There was plenty of kitchenware, and everything worked fine. The area is very suitable for walking and cycling. I can definitely recommend staying in this cottage.

The accommodation was fine, nice living and kitchen area, nice ruim.Only illogical the light switch for the bedroom on the ground floor. Our mother slept here in 90, so in the evening we had the twilight lamp turned on.

Annoying to pick up the key on the other side of Putten or. Resign. Upon leaving the villa there is no key box where the keys can be left behind. The accommodation looks clean at first sight but after the grandchildren walked in the living room for 5 minutes they had become black. The dishes were not clean, there were still food breaks on several dishes. The information folder contains several information sheets on how to handle the cottage. However, these sheets are not identical, which can cause confusion. One sheet says the thermostat is set to leave at 10 degrees, the other leaves speaks about 15 degrees. The one sheet indicates where the tenant must comply with leaving the villa, another reports that it also gives the fines to be paid when not complying with it. It is better to put one correct information sheet in the folder where all the information is on. There is no mention of how to deal with waste separation, there is one pedal bin with a special garbage bag for residual waste. There are also bags for paper and plastic waste, however, these are not present in the cottage and are not described in the info folder. The accommodation can accommodate 8 people, with the seating area actually only seating for 6 people. Also the outside table is Too small, you can not sit with 8 people to eat together.

A cozy country house with a sunny terrace on a small, very park. Everything was sufficient for cutlery, plates, pans or kitchen linen. The beds slept wonderfully and there was ample closet space. For 8 people, however, one shower room needed a toilet with some planning and delay in the morning. The area is beautiful for cycling or walking.

House was fine. Spacious. However, it was dusty, and spinning Ragg. (We had to give up a piece of deposit because forgot to pack the empty dishes and empty the trash) while cleaning fees paid. For the rest no complaints.

Despite stating that unsubscribe from the newsletter or mailing Belvilla is simple, I get unsubscribe after 4X still mails. I find that very annoying! Because of this I am also not motivated to complete the review ... we certainly were not ontevreden.Velden randomly filled because send else fails.
