Beautiful home. Lots of space both inside and outside. Everything is widely available. 1 small minus was that there is only 1 shower for so many people. But that didn't spoil the fun. Good reception, very friendly people. The shed with bicycles and tractors was fantastic for our grandchildren. Greetings from Rijnsburg.

Very pleasant holiday farm. Ideal for a fun weekend with friends (or family). Lovely sitting area with sofas and television and a separate area for eating. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The children were very happy with the play attic and the go-kart outside. The only downside is that it is not a nice place to walk the dog.

We were allowed to use this lovely place for a long weekend. Lots of outdoor space with amenities for all ages. The children aged 4 and 5 found the play equipment and go-kart fantastic, as did the play loft. The little ones could lie on the grass. It is a bit noisy but it is an old house. Many different spaces to sleep and play and beautiful nature nearby. Also with a (freely accessible) play forest

I was called the day before by the caretaker of the house how I could get the key so we could get in right away. The house looked neat and clean. The area was wide and quiet with enough trips close by. The space around the house was also large and a surprise were the many play attributes for the children

From the arrival we were able to go our own way. We ended up in a neat and spacious farmhouse with enough sleeping quarters. The dining room is not too big. dairy farming.

A great place for our grandchildren. We found the kitchen to be very small for a group of 12 people to eat. Excellent contact with the homeowner, also gave good information. We had a great weekend! Not seen much of the area, we have entertained ourselves in and around the house.

The holiday home is very varied by the original construction as a stable. It is in a very quiet location in the open field with its own driveway of approximately 100 meters. This runs a little further to a second home. There were also guests there, but that did not bother. We found the space around to be the most attractive. The volleyball net is used a lot and so is the playroom. The many go-karts of different sizes were popular. There was a lot of outdoor furniture. The contact with the caretaker was very pleasant.

The area was beautifully rural. The house is spacious enough from the main road so that the dogs could go outside. We had a baby in our company and there were more than enough attributes to use, varying from chair, crib, bath toys too many to mention. Neat bedrooms, kitchen with separate dining room, spacious living room with TV and plenty of channels. Of course it is possible to connect your PC or tablet because the WiFi is excellent. There is also a spacious playground.

We were warmly welcomed in a cozy and welcoming accommodation. During the weekend we stayed there due to the pronounced bad weather, so we had little or no enjoyment of the area. What a wonderful house this is! Everything is fine and well equipped. An abundance of toys and lots of space to safely play outside. All lovingly cared for by a warmhearted hostess. This house is highly recommended for families and groups of friends. Before pleasant telephone contact with the owner because of the necessary cots and high chairs. After arrival, the friendly owner explained the house and gave tips (messages and Easter fires). Much space around the house. Playground equipment in the garden. Barn full of go-karts and (walking) bicycles and garden furniture. In the dining room toys and games. Playroom with toys for the little ones, table tennis and table football. Many sleeping accommodations (7 bedrooms), but most bedrooms are small. A few bedrooms just enough for a cot (3 beds in the house). Good mattresses (Tempur!). Baby facilities (changing pad, baby bath, playpen, bouncing chair), 3 Ikea high chairs and stair gates. For us it was fine, but some companies will find the number of sanitary facilities insufficient 1 toilet in the corridor of the ground floor, 1 shower in the corridor of the ground floor (only a shower and no sink), 1 bathroom in the living room ( with bath, toilet and sink), 1 sink in the hall on the 1st floor. Kitchen inventory good, lots of plates, cutlery and glasses. Senseo and ordinary coffee maker. Dining room was on the tight side for our party (7 adults and 7 children including 4 in high chair). Fun to do with children around the elephant trail and Erve Brooks.

A lovely long weekend with children and grandchildren in this pleasant location. Small children can play outside carefree, all far from the public road. Toys, games to shore and label and also the older people enjoy playing with ball and just outside.

House was nicely situated. Everything available for a great holiday with 6 adults and 8 children. The only small downside was the rather small dining room and noise, to the bedrooms.

We enjoyed our weekend at the farmhouse in Neede Erve Koeleman! It's cliche, but if the kids have fun, the parents do the same. And that could not miss here a barn full of carts, tractors and scooters! Highly recommended!

Last week we stayed with the children and grandchildren Preserve Koeleman and we had a fantastic week! What a friendly welcome by the nice hostess and the lovely flowers on the table! The go-karts and bikes were quickly found and used extensively by the (grand) children. Also, slide and swings were popular, while the adults could appreciate the basketball and volleyball court. Because of the beautiful weather, the play loft little used, but as a very nice experience. The tour of the farm was a nice getaway, as well as the visit to Preserve Brooks. We also went to the pool in Haaksbergen and we have a wonderful meal at Frankie 's Jungle restaurant in Neede, where the little ones eyes were short and tasty meeaten.Kortom it was party all week! We have the end of April with 12 people including 6 adults and 6 children enjoyed great at the age of 15 to 3 years. The owner is very friendly and you feel also very welcome. A beautiful bouquet of flowers stood in the living room waiting for us, which do not much. Well we got that week are all a tour of the dairy farm of the owner. Great to see how milks and performs nearly 200 cows with robots. A whole experience! The playroom was SUPER and many go-karts, bikes and space to the farm have also ensured that the week was a success for us even though the weather was not too great. visited inheritance Brooks. Fun for kids to let some of the past to see how people lived. Subtropical swimming pool nearby. Preston Palace 10km, also recommended. Court Eckberge is also recommended when the weather is against. Here is doing inside of everything for all ages! Ranch inheritance Koeleman is definitely recommended !!!

Had nice weekend with family (8 adults, seven small children). Plenty of room for everyone, thanks to the large playroom. Also around the house enough room to play with karts or a football. The only disadvantage is that you can from the house can not really make a nice walk. But if you're willing just to get in the car, there are plenty of nice places to visit.

What we enjoyed the spacious and comfortable house. Enough sleep opportunity and space for a group of 15 people. The kids were thrilled when they saw the large playroom and have very well entertained by the wide range of go-karts in the nearby barn. The surroundings are lovely if you like peace. Enjoyed family holiday with 12 people we had the room in this cottage. Fast internet connection. Several living chambers, useful if one wants to cards, the other wants to watch TV and the other wants to tinker and play games. Play attic and closets full of games. Quiet dishwasher. Only the (stone) floor was very cold and unheated, so bring slippers along in the winter. Stunning views.

A really lovely little cottage. We traveled with 10 people including 4 wheelchairs are there, in part, a bit cramped but perfectly adequate. The house is very cozy with a huge garden \/ lawn area.

Se booked this farm in honor of grandmother who was 70. Although it was a weekend full of rain, our five small children entertained excellent at the playroom and the 13 go-karts out! conpliment for the hostess, she was very welcoming and gave us great ideas for day trips. Also easily accessible for our wheelchair user in our midst. In short, everybody happy!

With 12 people, we had a great weekend in the beautiful farm Preserve Koeleman! The kids (and adults!) Enjoyed the play loft, volleyball, basketball and of course the amazing karts. Everyone slept on the comfy beds and the inventory of the farm was more than complete. Even on arrival fresh flowers on the table. What a welcome! The rural location was because of the good weather too good to be right. Overall a great accommodation for a cozy family weekend for young and old !!

For our annual family weekend we were this time far from home from Zeeland to the Achterhoek. We are surprised by this great farm, really provide anything to the adults and children to make sense clean house, flowers on the table, full kitchen with plenty of cutlery, plates and pans, cozy living room, excellent beds, box, high chairs, toddler beds , playroom full of toys for big and small, closet full of games, not to mention the barn with bicycles and carts, volleyball / soccer field, playground and terraces with garden furniture. Had a great weekend despite the weather gods were not favorable. Plenty of fun for our children kein with existing toys and plenty of room in the house. All amenities were plentiful.

We have three generations spent a wonderful omaweek in Koeleman Preserve. The landlady received us warmly. The property lived up to our expectations in every way. On January 1, fourth granny her 87th birthday, surrounded by children and grandchildren. She'd have wished for a better environment to celebrate.

We are the children and grandchildren a weekend geweest.We were hospitably collected and given a good explanation about the state of our grandchildren zaken.Voor was all about fun in the playroom and outside on the skelters.We were lucky that the outside such nice weather was.Iedereen has entertained fine.

We really enjoyed the farm Preserve Koeleman. This farm is suitable for a group of friends or a group of children. We have many games done around the house and playing sport (volleyball, football, flunkybal and slap the cup). We liked that it was a detached farmhouse where you do not suffer from the environment (and vice versa). Everything we needed was in the house and we have every day to cook for 15 men with large pans. There were five fun days and we are definitely planning one more time to come back. Also thanks to Betty, the very friendly and accomodating hostess.

Preserve Koeleman is a good house to stay. Multifamily Especially the kids will really have a good time, due to the large amount of go-karts, volleyball court and large outdoor area. We have been delicious. The outdoor Eibergen aanrader.Enige is a point of concern is the amount of sanitary 1 toilet, 1 separate shower and 1 bathroom with tub and toilet is a little on the tight side, but well doen.AL in all a great place to go to go for a long weekend or week away in their own country.

Last weekend we had family weekend we have 9 adults, 3 small children aged 3,4 and 5 years old and one young dog. We were warmly greeted by the owner. Beautiful flowers as a welcome gift. The house met all the requirements. Dishwasher, large dining room with large fridge and bar. Beautiful kitchen with 5 burner gas stove. a huge playroom with toys for every age. And shuffleboard and table tennis. And the large number of large and small carts, tricycles and walking bikes we did not anticipate. We were there earlier and we were there later. Great hospitality. And (we unfortunately can not do) we could also visit the farm with their cows. A must for families with children from 0-100 years.

We (9 adults and 5 children) had a wonderful weekend might come when we wanted to and on the day of departure the same was true we could go whenever we wanted. So do not get caught at ten o'clock and baggage stand outside, no, we were at 12 hours after a cup of coffee, ready to enter the car. Great that it could and should. We had a wonderful week with 12 family members. The house is cozy but spacious enough by several seating areas and separate dining room. The outdoor area is great for the kids. The house is far from the public road so it does not interfere with traffic noise.

Our family - 15 people whose two youngest and the oldest 59 years - booked a long weekend Preserve Koeleman. For Residents Randstad is a quiet and green environment beneficial. What a space around the house like that go-karts, bikes and play. The children could play in the playroom. Inside it was nice authentic, there was enough (bed) room for everyone. The real flowers and candles made it all really homely. Glad there was plenty of crockery and cutlery. Well, that flies and mosquitoes inside ... associated especially with the rural life. But we made with fly swatters present short shrift! We went one night earlier than planned home, nicely that the costs for a night of total deducted. How nice that there is wifi available. It was all in all a very pleasant stay!

We enjoyed the beautiful property. Everything was perfectly arranged for receiving and departure, no hurry. The children and grandchildren enjoyed the playroom, the games were widely available etc. Its quiet location could enjoy the oldest grandchildren of the carts by nice drive around. The beds were praised by everyone, wonderful mattresses which was fine sleeping. We were 10 adults and four children.

With eight family members, 70 - and 80plussers we experienced our annual family together. It was heerlijk.Elke morning and evening eating outside, many places in the sun or beyond. The possibilities were everywhere. Everywhere rural and panoramic views. And a very nice fietsgebied.In house we just sat around in the evening our card game "peasant bridge " play with the accompanying drinks and cozy life stories. We were married for 40 years and would like to celebrate with children and grandchildren. Preserve Koeleman (pure coincidence that I so hot) has everything for a successful vacation with children. Because the weather was nice, there is little use of the well-stocked playroom but more of the go-karts and the amazing garden. Pity was the presence of the oak processionary which caused much itching but that was just bad luck. We had a wonderful week. Thank you for the good care and the tube of ointment that relieved the itching.

In connection with our 25th wedding anniversary we stayed with our family for a long weekend in Neede. R nThe apartment was great for our large family and there was ample play for the children, both in and around the home. R nThe area is nice and there is plenty to do (for any age).

Stayed a long weekend (Fri-Mon) for a training weekend with 14 people. Convenient location, all facilities are provided. Very friendly owner and plenty of space to do your own thing.

To conclude the season had a great weekend with our football team. R nThe Saturday optimal gebuik made of the (foot) volleyball court next to the house. R nThe Sunday the balls in the hole and in the water of the nearby Foot Golf Course shot. R nof the playroom was regularly used in the form of table tennis jars.

We had rented this house for a long weekend with friends. R nWe were 14 adults and 3 children. At times it was a little tight to with z 'n all sit in the cozy dining room but was. R nIn the beautiful surroundings you can walk or an hour by car and you're on the Veluwe. R nThe contact the owners also went very smoothly. r nThere is also well equipped with toys for children, outside a playroom e outside toys and also for the safety of the children there are gates at the top and bottom of stairs.

With 7 adults and 6 children, we had a great week together, despite the cool weather. Great location with lots of space and privacy and a large "were park" (many carts, children's tractors, tricycles etc). The (somewhat cramped) playroom offers excellent opportunities. Overall a perfect location. And an extremely friendly and helpful owner.

We have a wonderful week spent New Years. The house was perfectly in order and equipped with every comfort. Also around the house is much room to sit or play, especially in summer, this is a paradise for children.
