Enjoy a lovely stay in this cosy studio near the woods of Heiloo, located in a very green and quiet area. The studio offers space for 2 people and is ideal for a romantic holiday with your partner. The luxurious bathroom and the enclosed garden make this a lovely stay.
The cosy centre of Heiloo is 5 minutes away and the beach of Egmond aan Zee can be reached within 20 minutes by bike. The cheese city Alkmaar is also nearby. Great for a day of shopping or a visit to the Cheese Market during the summer.
The nearest train station is 3 km away.
You enter in the living/bedroom with a separate, luxurious bathroom. The kitchen is in a separate room next to the studio that you reach from outside, making it completely separate from the living/bedroom. The green garden has several sunny terraces and corners where you can enjoy the morning sun as well as a good glass of wine in the evening.
Please note that smoking is not allowed in and around the house.

We were received very warmly, very helpful people. It was a wonderful stay with almost everything you need. We found the kitchen utensils to be scanty, no meat tongs and soup spoon and only 2 of the pans and a clumsy frying pan. only the indoor accommodation was not attached to the kitchen, you had to go outside to the kitchen, very inconvenient, especially in rainy weather and always fiddling with the keys for the kitchen, living accommodation outside the door and gate doors, they always wanted to keep things properly locked (which was also a problem). understand) but it is always a hassle, you are about fifteen minutes from Heiloo to Egmond aan Zee by car.
Nice hosts, we enjoyed sitting under the canopy. Great new bathroom. The kitchen could do with a makeover.
Pleasant location in a beautiful, quiet and wooded residential area. Beaches and the city of Alkmaar easily accessible by bike. Shopping center and delicious ice cream parlor nearby.
Small, lovingly furnished studio with a great covered terrace and very nice hosts. Everything you need is there, from paper towels, garbage bags, rags, etc. A beautiful, enchanted place to relax. 5 stars from us 🌟
We were kindly received and we were shown around the part of the house where we live, with the beautifully decorated roof where we could eat outside even in rainy weather, there was a nice bathroom with nice towels, and fully equipped. in the kitchen everything was present even a washing machine and dryer and a glass of wine in the fridge.
We were received very warmly. The beds were nicely made, there were cold drinks in the fridge and everything was super clean. There were even morning coats present. We had a wonderful holiday, The owners are very nice and help where needed. wonderful that there was a covered terrace!
Neat, cool and very clean accommodation. Free garden with terraces. Everything needed, shops nearby. House owners are hospitable and always want to help when needed. Everything is within cycling distance. Accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood, many green in the area.

Warm welcome by the owners who regularly inform if anything is to be desired. The tastefully dressed and fully furnished studio with terrace is quietly located on the outskirts of Heiloo. However, it is located just below a pilot route of Schiphol. Additionally, the kitchen, which was used to the sole purpose of our surprise, was only reached outside. Not pleasant. Especially in cold or rain and unfortunately not mentioned before. Overall a pleasant stay.
