Detached holiday home near Amsterdam

These luxury, detached, 12-person holiday homes at the Poort Van Amsterdam Resort are all located along the water and are available in two different layouts.
The first type is called the Westertoren (NL-1154-06). This is built in a style typical of the area and features a bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are five bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The Geschakelde Munt type (NL-1154-16) consists of two holiday homes of the Munt type (NL-1154-02). The homes are connected to each other by a soundproof door in the living room. This means you will, in fact, have access to two fully furnished homes (two kitchens, two living rooms, etc.). It is perfect if you are going on vacation with two families, but still want some privacy. The ground floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On both of the first floors (which are not connected to each other), there are a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
All houses are furnished in a modern and comfortable manner. They contain a luxury kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box-spring beds. There is a lovely garden with a terrace and garden furniture as well as parking spaces for three cars at each home.
At the Poort Van Amsterdam Resort, there are also has 6-person and 8-person holiday homes for rent. Would you rather book an apartment? This is also possible; there are apartments for 4 and 8 people.

House was filthy on arrival, floors, toilets, 1 sink clogged, 1 mattress very dirty .. 1 sheet completely torn .. When reported to reception, it was neatly resolved. Technical service came immediately and cleaning costs are returned.
Excellent environment with sufficient facilities. Minus was the quality of the cleaning of the stay and some were defective. Complaints of defective items were adequately responded to.
Arrival was good. Accommodation a big dirty gang. Ground very dirty. Or wash it in the dishwasher with the mold on it. The toilets I never dared to sit on it so dirty.
Accommodation quite good, but a lot of stains on the walls. The outside area is in need of repair: many uneven paving stones and terrace slabs are tripping hazards. The stairs are completely unsuitable for less mobile seniors and for small children !!
Not very much. It is a quiet area located on the water. Amsterdam and Volendam are easy to use by taxi.
Some tips following our stay last weekend hooks in the bathrooms to hang things, put guest book in the house with the manuals of eg coffee maker, microwave and information about activities in the neighborhood. You cannot pay with a foreign credit card in the restaurant. Too crazy for words because family from Ireland was present in our group. Credit cards can be used anywhere in the world. Finally, a tip to indicate in advance in the e-mail exchange that the coffee maker can only be fed with beans.

Arrival was good. Were too early but could be right in the house. Were with 4 small children and there was no fence near the water that was less. Environment is beautiful.
Good reception, nice spacious accommodation
Prachtig park en ideaal huisje voor twee families of vrienden, de tuin is mooi gelegen aan het water en de huisjes zijn verbonden met een deur. Het huis zit alleen wel snel vol met insecten en spinnen.
This semi-detached house is ideal for 2 friendly families due to the presence of the connecting door! The decor is very nice. Crockery and cutlery could be available in larger numbers. In only 30 minutes you are in the middle of Amsterdam. No matter whether sightseeing, bathing in the North Sea or enjoying the beautiful nature is on the agenda, everything is possible! A disadvantage, however, is the many, many spiders! Here it would be good to put a fleece in front of all the windows, so that you can ventilate without having 20 spiders in the room afterwards! If we go on holiday again, we will be cautiously covered! Otherwise you can spend a perfect holiday!
The hotel is in a very good location and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Nice quiet surroundings, park is about 60 percent finished, remaining 40 percent will follow as around September / October. Friendly reception, nice pool but will be in the high season too small zijn.Binnen 15 minutes in Volendam and Amsterdam. Cottages are sublime, often near water.
