Air-conditioned chalet on the Loosdrecht lakes

With its modern décor and a terrace overlooking the water, this accommodation immediately stands out. There is a picnic bench/table and from 1 April to 31 October also adjustable garden chairs. You can rent boats and bikes at reception, and if you book the boat ramp in advance, you can also bring your own boat. In winter, you can go straight onto the ice from the chalet. Holiday in a dream location!
Outside Loosdrecht, the water experience does not stop there. The Vinkeveense and Maarsseveensche Plassen are also very beautiful recreational areas. Of course, it is no less enjoyable from the waterfront. Take a bicycle or skate trip along the Vecht and admire the beautiful country houses, castles and villages such as Loenen aan de Vecht. Breukelen is inviting and very centrally located in the Netherlands, so you are also in no time in Utrecht or Amsterdam

Unfortunately, a considerable amount of oil leaked into the canal on one day, so that there was a large oil slick in front of the terraces and the water could not be used for swimming. After guests reported the incident to the landlords, it would have been nice if all guests had received a brief response as to whether and how the oil would be removed. We could only see that there was still oil on the water the next day, giving the impression that the oil had simply spread over a larger area and no action had been taken. More communication would have been nice.
Very nice holiday home, very clean and well equipped.

Very nice quiet location and would love to come back next year.
For a quiet area, too busy. Unfortunately very loud in the morning (from 7:30h) so sleeping in was not possible. The rest was super. Beautiful house and surroundings.
Beautiful and functionally furnished chalet, which is perfect for 2 adults and a child. The location is quiet and in a beautiful setting. Very good value for money.
