Welcome to the Blue Stilt House near Kößlarn – a special retreat for anyone seeking peace, nature and a slower pace of life. Our small stilt house, Quittenschupfa and Tiny House on Wheels are located on our organic farm, surrounded by the gentle hills of the Rottal region, also known as the “Tuscany of Lower Bavaria” for its wide views and many fruit trees.

At around 25 m², the house accommodates up to four guests and is perfect for couples, families or friends. Dogs are also warmly welcome.

The open-plan interior combines living, sleeping and cooking areas to create a cosy atmosphere. A double bed is located on the ground floor, with a single bed on the gallery and an additional mattress available if needed.

Built sustainably from natural materials, the house features wood from our own forest, clay-plastered walls and carefully selected furnishings. A wood-burning stove provides warmth on cooler evenings, with firewood included. The bathroom also has underfloor heating.

The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, kettle, pots, pans, spices, salt, pepper and tea. Freshly ground regional espresso and other organic products are included in the stay. Freshly made beds, towels and a small welcome treat await you on arrival.

There is no Wi-Fi or TV – instead, enjoy nature, silence and true relaxation. The terrace offers beautiful views, fresh herbs and fruit from the garden. A grill, private parking and an EV charging station are available.

A seasonal organic breakfast basket is available for €23 per person. Special arrangements can be made for children.

The houses can be booked for a minimum of two nights.
