Agroturismo bij Es Trenc strand, Ses Salines

In this charming home you have access to a communal chlorine pool, measuring 3m x 8m and a depth of 1.1m to 1.9m and six hammocks to enjoy the Mallorcan sun. The porch is private and invites you to have dinner outdoors. The house is on a farm with cows and is a very authentic place.
Inside, the single-story house surprises with rustic decoration and a warm atmosphere. The living-dining room, with satellite television and air conditioning in the loft, is open to the kitchen, fully equipped and with an induction cooker. The house offers a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a bathtub serves the house.
The house is a few kilometers from the town of Ses Salinas, where you can find what you need during your vacation. Within a 10-minute drive you can reach the white sand beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearic Islands. In the surroundings you will find many more beaches and coves with crystal clear waters, including Ses Covetes, Playa des Carbo and Colonia de Sant Jordi.
The island capital, Palma de Mallorca, is a 30-minute drive away, where you can visit La Seu Cathedral, Bellver Castle, Baluard Museum or go shopping. Near Palma there are several water parks such as Westernpark and Aqualand and you can also visit the Aquarium.
The fireplace cannot be used.
There are cows in the area since there is a cheese factory.
The house is located next to a road; and it is possible that you can hear the street. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.

Tourist license: AG/272At the entrance you must pay the Ecotasa (tourist tax of the Balearic Islands) in cash. The amount varies between 0.55€ / per night per person in the low season and 2.2€ / per night per person in the high season. Starting on the ninth day, it is reduced by half. People under 16 years old excluded. At the entrance you have to pay the deposit directly to the owner.

Het huisje is goed ingedeeld, met een open keuken en woonkamer. Het voelde ruim aan, ondanks dat het gelijkvloers was.
Een prachtig rustiek huisje dat authentiek aanvoelt. De inrichting is charmant en geeft karakter aan de ruimte.
De attracties in de buurt van Palma waren gemakkelijk te bereiken. We brachten een dag door met het verkennen van de kathedraal en het winkelen,
De nabijheid van de hut bij Ses Salinas is een pluspunt, we vonden alles wat we nodig hadden in het dorp, van boodschappen tot lokale restaurants,
We hebben genoten van de rust van de omgeving. Het voelde als een echte ontsnapping aan de drukke toeristische plekken.
Een gezellige en knusse plek. De woon- en eetkamer waren ruim genoeg voor ons gezin, en de airconditioning was een welkome afkoeling van de hitte.
Deze accommodatie is perfect voor een rustig uitje. De boerderij en de omringende koeien dragen bij aan de authentieke Mallorcaanse ervaring.
