In its outdoor areas you can enjoy a wonderful wooden covered terrace where you can have breakfast accompanied by a good book, or where you can prepare a delicious barbecue lunch or dinner. They also have a wonderful garden lawn area so you can enjoy some time in the sun on the two available sun loungers or directly on the grass. It's a way to enjoy some calm rays of sunshine, but the beach will surely be very inviting! You will only have to grab a towel, something to snack on and walk a few minutes to the shore. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors.

The house distributes its rooms in two heights. On the ground floor you find a beautiful and cozy living-dining room with two sofas, satellite television, air conditioning and a dining table for up to 6 people. The kitchen, independent and with a ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem, as well as a beautiful island and dining table. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. They have 3 bedrooms, one on this floor with a double bed, A/C, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other two are on the -1 floor, one with a double bed and wardrobe, and the other with a single bed. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. Then they have two bathrooms that serve the entire house, one with a bathtub on the ground floor and another with a shower on the P-1.

Can Picafort is a coastal center with a wide variety of bars, restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors and much more life, especially in summer. It is ideal for beach and walk lovers as it has a great promenade to walk. Its beach has fine sand and crystal clear waters and also invites you to practice water sports if you feel like it. And for a fun and different visit, every Tuesday and Sunday is market day in Alcúdia, so you can buy local products and explore its charming cobblestone streets.
