Omschrijving

The views from the terrace and its location make this small seaside house an exceptional place to spend a few days of vacation, rest and relaxation. The house has two terraces, one in the front and one in the back, both with views of the sea and Pollença Bay. In fact, the place where our guests enjoy the most is in them, where one can relax, sunbathe, have a quiet dinner or read a book, while enjoying the beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and Cap de Formentor in the background, one of the most beautiful places that the island of Mallorca has to offer.

The house consists of a properly furnished living-dining room, an independent kitchen complete with all the appliances and utensils necessary to cook the dishes you most desire. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the second with two singles. On the -1 floor there is a second bathroom with a shower. The house has three electric radiators, one in each room and another in the living room. In the bathrooms you will find a heater. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.

The place is very quiet since it has few neighbors and still preserves the seafaring flavor that it had years ago, when the residents of Sa Marina went to sea with their boats to fill the nets and sell the fish to the Lonja de Alcúdia. From there you can take several highly appreciated excursions on foot or by bicycle, such as walking along the coast of Cap del Pinar, reaching Albufereta de Pollença, and visiting the medieval town of Alcudia with its imposing walls. It is a perfect place to get to know the north of Mallorca with places as beautiful as Formentor and the beautiful coves around it, the large beach of Alcúdia, the beautiful towns of Alcúdia and Pollença.

It is prohibited to make fires and/or barbecues.
As this is a residential area, we ask you to respect rest hours. No noise can be made after midnight. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
