Omschrijving

The exteriors are very beautiful. Go outside and enjoy a delicious barbecue after having coffee in the garden, sunbathing in the hammocks and swimming all morning in the private pool. It is made of chlorine, measures 9 x 4 meters and has a depth of 1 to 2 m. Around it they have a table with chairs and an umbrella to have a glass of wine and read something interesting. The porch is also perfectly furnished for your summer lunches or dinners, and for relaxing on the outdoor sofas contemplating the Tramuntana Mountains. And if you like sports or entertaining, they have a ping-pong table, a basketball basket and garden games for the little ones. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors.

The house offers two floors. In the main room, the living-dining room invites you to sit and relax watching satellite television or eat together. From here you can even access the terraces and the pool. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, such as a gas stove, an oven and much more. The laundry room is independent, accessed from the terrace and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest there are 3 bedrooms: two on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. The downstairs one offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other has a double bed. The upstairs one has two single beds. Then there are two more bathrooms, one downstairs with a bathtub and the one upstairs with a shower. The house has central heating and 4 fans.

The house is located less than 2 km from Inca, a charming, quiet town in the center of the island with everything you may need during your stay: supermarkets, restaurants, bars and its traditional Thursday market. At night it is also perfect to go out to dinner or have a drink, for example in the Plaza del Ángel. Just a 20-25 minute drive takes you to the Bay of Alcúdia, which has many km of coastline where sandy beaches predominate, alternating between quiet beaches and more lively ones, such as Puerto de Alcúdia. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 5 cars.
