Spend an unforgettable beach vacation in this beautiful house located in a spectacular environment. Outside you can enjoy the sea breeze in the wonderful relaxation area of ​​the terrace, having a cocktail at sunset. An outdoor dining table will allow you to enjoy the views while you eat or dine, or prepare a fantastic barbecue to enjoy with your loved ones. You can also enjoy the Mediterranean climate in the garden area where the little ones can play outdoors. The house is located in a quiet and residential area with neighbors around.

The 90 m2 house is distributed on a single floor and has a Mediterranean style, bright and refreshing, ideal for disconnecting for a few days. The living room has two comfortable sofas from where you can watch television (national channels). The dining area seats 6 and has sea views. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and the basic elements for cooking on vacation. A bathroom with shower serves the house. Then the bedrooms. The first has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. It should be noted that this bedroom does not have a window, but next to it is the en-suite bathroom that does have a window with beautiful views of the garden and the sea, so that natural light enters the room. The second bedroom has another double bed, sea views, as well as a built-in wardrobe and the last one has a trundle bed and a chest of drawers and the window faces the outside looking at the side of the plot. All bedrooms have a fan to cool down. If you are traveling with a baby, a crib and a high chair are at your disposal. Finally, the house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is located in the town of Son Serra de Marina, a very quiet town with basic services, ideal for a family holiday. The beach is made of sand and rocks, very low and shallow, mainly visited by local families and tourists. You can visit Can Picafort where you will find a wide range of leisure activities, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. A little further on, Alcudia and its wall and fantastic coves like Mal Pas and Alcanada.
