This beautiful typical Mallorcan house has a private chlorine pool, with dimensions of 8 m x 4 m and a depth that varies between 0.9 m and 1.8 m. Around the pool there are 5 sun loungers where you can relax. In the house there are several fruit trees that produce oranges, plums, apples, loquats and prickly pears depending on the season. A porch that overlooks the pool, fully furnished, a place where you can spend great evenings accompanied by the tranquility of the area. On the 1st floor you will find another terrace. The house is independent and has total privacy.

This 228 m2 house distributed over 2 floors has 3 bedrooms, all of them located on the first floor, each equipped with two single beds. All rooms have air conditioning. If you are traveling with a baby we will provide you with a crib and a high chair. There are two bathrooms with a bathtub, one bathroom on the ground floor and another on the first floor. On the first floor you can also find a living room, a good place to read a good book or watch satellite TV.

The independent gas kitchen is fully equipped. In it you will find everything you need to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.The ground floor living room has two armchairs and is equipped with air conditioning, the perfect place to relax, rest or listen to music. This house has a dining room for 6 people.

Both in this home and in its surroundings you can breathe tranquility and it is ideal for spending a relaxing stay surrounded by nature. The environment is the best for taking long walks, both on foot and by bicycle, through the dry fields and paths of the area. The property is located just 850m from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, where you can find everything you need during your stay. Just 16 km away you will find magnificent beaches such as Sa coma, s' Illot, Cala Millor, Cala Bona, etc. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
