Villa Melanie is a beautiful and spacious house in Southwest Cape Coral, situated on an oversized corner lot. It's the perfect starting point for boat trips, as it's just around the corner from the river. The house faces west.

There are four bedrooms with three king-size beds and one queen-size bed, plus 2.5 bathrooms. The large, open-plan gourmet kitchen is new (2019), well-equipped, and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are two dining tables, each seating six. The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, and Sonos sound system. Enjoy your vacation with a barbecue (gas BBQ) on the lanai and watch unforgettable sunsets.
