Holiday home with garden and private pool

This typical French stone house, offers a rural and wooded setting overlooking meadows. Equipped with a large swimming pool with sun terrace, it offers plenty of comfort for an unforgettable holiday. The covered terrace overlooks the fenced pool and large garden; ideal for families with children or pets. Thanks to its thick walls, the house stays cool in summer, so you can enjoy a good night's sleep. Carefree!
The friendly French owner lives a little further away and obviously respects your privacy. His son runs a renowned restaurant in Cazals, a great culinary experience a short distance away. You'll also find a swimming lake with pedalos there. Explore the castles of Biron and Bonaguil, the lively Thursday market in Monpazier and go canoeing on the Dordogne at Cénac. On Friday evenings (in season), the Marché Gourmand in Saint Pompon offers a festive experience with local delicacies, wine, mushrooms, duck and delicious cheeses. Time too short to discover it all!

Hygienically, it could be better. A vacuuming robot and net to keep dirt floating in the pool is a must.
Hello We had a great holiday. The owners are very friendly. The rental very comfortable and the pool was very good as well as a beautiful view.
A beautiful setting, a good swimming pool (just over 9m by 4m), well-fenced garden, 3 spacious bedrooms (some of the mattresses are good , others a bit soggy), basic yet satisfactory sanitary facilities and kitchen and sitting area. Good terrace table. Located right next to the street where most vehicles fly by because it is not a busy road and therefore somewhat noisy when a vehicle passes. Regular internet connection problems. Friendly homeowners who live just next door. You do always need a car for shopping or dining.
The house was damp on arrival and there was mould on one ceiling. We had to wash the dishes before using them. Wi-Fi was almost always only available for minutes at a time and was extremely weak. Bed linen was available but in poor condition. The pool area was okay and clean. The landlords were very friendly.
