Beautiful surroundings, beautiful park and excellent house

House is poorly maintained (leaking shower head, gas burner not working - extractor hood was full of grease droplets) poorly cleaned. Mattress protectors were still full of hair and stains from the previous residents. Reported this to reception and only replaced the mattress protectors. Nothing else has been done by the park. Everything, including the restaurant, shop and snack bar, was also closed from Monday to Thursday. All in all a bad experience for us at Europarcs. No more Europarcs for us.

It is a quiet park with not much to do. The cottage is beautiful but could be a lot cleaner. Especially sticking the floors, which is not a success with small children!

If we had known that the restaurant and shop as well as all other attractions were closed, we would not have come. You had to go by car for every roll. Real dum walked

overall we had a relaxed stay and a good holiday home at the parc with sufficient infrastructure

Dirty, mold in the bathroom, cleaning ladies make fun of you not worth the money

Holland is beautiful and Amsterdam, the North Sea and the IJsselmeer are each half an hour away from the holiday home. The small pool in the holiday park is nice and the animation for children was very nice! The house itself is big and spacious and clean enough. Sufficient for the purpose of our vacation.

Overall acceptable for the price. The house could have been cleaner (hair in the shower, green clippings on the terrace). Equipment in the kitchen was okay but "cheap", things like a sharp knife, e.g. baby cot and chair, were only missing here upon express request. According to the Belvilla hotline, simply ask on site. On site it is said that something like this has to be booked in advance. Two days in a row the hedge on the property was cut during our presence when we were lying in the garden. Green waste remains and is then only fetched the following day. Again when you are present. That you have to point out to the workers that you don't have to cut the green waste at the car or pass it between the house and the car doesn't need any more words. Overall not bad, but many little things that you can do much better. Probably won't come again.

Besides the fact that we had a nice long weekend in the beautiful house, there were quite a few things that caused quite a few annoyances during the stay. Successively: 1. the dishwasher was only partially cleared on arrival; 2. a glass turntable was missing in the microwave, making it unusable. Later the microwave turned out not to work at all (oven did); 3. the drain of the shower on the ground floor was completely clogged, flooding the entire room and we spent more than half an hour with fondue forks to fish the enormous amount of hair and other junk out of the drain; 4. in the whole house, but especially on the top floor, there was a permanent smell of sewage and the ceiling of the shower room on the 1st floor turned out to be full of mold; 5. many (2) of the bedside lamps in the bedrooms had a broken bulb; 6. curtains from the bedroom on the bg were loose, had to re-hang at least ten hooks in the eyes; 7. received in a welcome package 1 roll of toilet paper for a house with two toilets and use by 5 people; 8. roller blinds in bedrooms were largely broken and could not be raised; 9. bathroom on bg looks like a glorified laundry room. lighting only 1 ceiling lamp; 10. beds on 1st floor bad, can feel the springs through the mattresses.; 11. the handles of both the front door and the patio door were loose and threatened to fall out every time; 12. lighting in the living room very limited, only a table lamp and only the lamps on the ceiling (nice and unsociable). In short, we already expect a regular user of Belvilla a different level of the houses offered.

the house itself was fine in layout but- the cleaning crew had smoked inside- a set of sheets was mouldy- the cleaning was sloppy, the house was dusty- on the floor was a rug that shifted very easily, so much so that i'm the last day tripped and injured my head and shattered my glasses- park policy is to issue one pass per home; during the week we found that at 6am the remote access trees were poorly controlled. Incidentally, the reception did not make a fuss about a second pass the next day - we have never paid so much for final cleaning

It was a beautiful large holiday home, the house was nicely decorated inside, and neat

Bathroom, stench was enormous, lamps broken, not clean, walls full of mosquitoes beaten to death. Well friendly staff. Hope that the complaints are resolved with the next residents.

The park is equipped with several facilities such as swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) and a petting zoo. Restaurant where we had a very nice meal. Park looks nice and cared for by means of different houses. Our 6 person cottage was more spacious than expected and clean. We visited the Zaanse Schans and Volendam. We also did a walk on the island of the Woude (8 km) and visited the town of De Rijp with skipper Piet (recommended) followed by a treasure hunt through the village. We may come back here again…

Very nice house only the TV is a drama. Considering the European Championship is underway, this is quite a setback. Also a nice park.

On arrival a considerable amount had to be paid, which did not correspond to the amount stated by Belvilla. Europarcs had not been correctly informed about the number of people, so too much bed linen and tourist tax were charged. At the reception, attention was paid to Corona measures. Everything well organized. Cottage was reasonably clean, a dirty microwave and many stains on the sofa. Environment is beautiful. Many opportunities for excursions in the area and to get on the water.

The house was very suitable for two adults, two teenagers and two children. We also had a dog with us which could jump freely in the garden because the garden was fenced. The only problem was the mosquitoes. Unfortunately the houses do not have mosquito nets and we had to put them up ourselves.

We are very satisfied with the service from Belvilla. The facility, b, z, w, the houses are getting on in years and could need a major overhaul, dirty curtains, broken furniture, not properly cleaned (We found a credit card and a key from the previous guest in the closet, there would definitely not be cleaning), The corona break could have been used well for this, we have the money definitely expected more !!!

Corona caused a long waiting time at check-in. The house was not very clean and the furniture was very shabby. Armchair worn out, a window could not be closed, an upper bed was dirty, curtains dirty (stained) and stains of battered mosquitoes everywhere. In the long Corona break one could have expected more! And the park is unfortunately very far outside, but we knew that.

Many flaws, accommodation was not cleaned properly. Shower head was hanging loose in the shower. Door handles were broken. Inventory was out of order.

Arrival and accommodation was good, spacious house and looked neat. You do depend on a car in this park. There is nothing in the management environment.

Arrival okay. Accommodation does not: - the house smells like a pet bank - has a large crack over the full depth - all exterior doors do not close completely so that cold air flows through the cracks everywhere - the door frames do not have damping materials so that the doors flap in the wind

Nice area with lots of things to see for our children too. The accommodation was beautiful, and spacious! Only the house was not really child friendly. Here may be done more, such as children's service, for example a DVD player so that the children can watch a DVD or some games in the house. Furthermore, everything was good and sufficient. Our house was on the water and have 3 small children, one of 6, 3.5 and 1.5. In the summer she would not like to let them play outside because they can walk into the water. This should actually be done for the safety of children. The garden of the cottage bordered on the water. It is also nice that the children can play outside without the parents having to be constantly present.

Fast handling at the reception. Nice drink in the restaurant. Nice, quiet park with various types of houses. The park was situated in the rural surroundings, between small villages.

The accommodation was really nice at first glance and convinced us immediately. Bright and clean. Unfortunately, we had a bit of bad luck with the house, that a pair of pigeons meant to have to live over the terrace. There was also a wasp nest somewhere near. So we could not use the terrace in the evening. We personally did not think it was bad, because we were always on the road anyway. Also think that the reception would have found a solution, we would have objected. Because the staff was always very nice and courteous. The location of the park was ideal for many great excursions. The centrally located central station of Amsterdam can be easily reached by train, if you park your car in Krommenie-Assendelft in the free parking lot. Alkmaar, Hoorn and other major cities can be reached within 20 minutes by car. Nearby grocery shopping is available in De Rijp. A well stocked supermarket. All in all, we would come again. That counts, right? The Netherlands are really a relaxed crowd. Place great emphasis on good food and beautiful front gardens.

The house (No. 240) in the resort West-Graftdijk / Holland fully corresponded to the information in the offer. The decor was attractive and clean. With a few little things more in the equipment (toaster, more than a towel hook in the bathroom, closet in the 3rd bedroom and above all, fly nets in front of the windows against the numerous mosquitoes) I would have awarded a "very good". The complex was very clean, the staff (English speaking) friendly. The bike rental worked without problems. The location of the park is ideal for getting quickly to Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmar, Egmond aan Zee or Zandvoort.

The arrival was easy. However, you have to communicate in English. The staff was very friendly.

Were kindly received. Could quickly go to cottage. House is spacious and has beautiful location. In the area are nice village. Cycle route are some parts which are boring, many long parts where there is little to see. One day more troubled than another. Depends on wind direction.

Top accommodation. Nice park. Only cottage what we had not really suitable for small child. When you sit outside, you sit by the water and there is no shielding. In the vicinity of everything to do. I would only avoid the Zaanse schans. A lot of money for little.

bad arrival nobody knows belvilla galley to find europarc

You are kindly received at the reception. Once arrived at the holiday home, it is particularly striking how spacious it is inside. We had number 240 and there should be done something more on the first floor. For example, in one of the bedrooms there was no cupboard or chair where you could put clothes on, while the room was certainly spacious enough for that. The pictures that we had seen as an example, showed a more decorated house.All in all a nice weekend, because other facilities are not lacking.The holiday park is in a quiet area, but with a car you are fairly fast in Alkmaar, Volendam etc.

Lovely house to stay in. Just a shame that if you come with 2 cars, 1 should park at the reception.But since that parking is very small we have to put the car in the village.

We were greeted warmly, the house was inviting and the surroundings beautiful. An ideal place to relax well.

The arrival was disappointing. Firstly the entrance to the park is very poorly indicated (no or hardly a sign) and then we signed up at the reception. We also had to pay the unordered sets of sheets (mandatory) When booking with Belvilla indicated that not to want, we still had to pay the sets of sheets. Furthermore, we had a neat and spacious detached house.

Very nice house, and also the park is very nice. The reception and the signpost to the park was very inconspicuous. Little lighting at night is probably because the park is being rebuilt and the arrival area has been relocated. Otherwise in the house everything available. A nice location of the house right on the water. Staff helpful and friendly. Property very nice, with pool and playground, but just no amusement park, but only accommodation. Amsterdam via PR Noord super to reach (10 min to Hbf). But I recommend Alkmar or Haarlem, which are very authentic for North Holland. Cycling, as everywhere in Holland, goes well. Fly screens are actually standard today and right on the canal certainly a good investment for the owner. Furthermore, deep plates for pasta or soups would have been nice. A cutlery for more than 6 people would also bring more points, as the stopper runs more often ....... The central ventilation system is unfortunately not explained in the house documents, but is required because otherwise the bathrooms are not properly ventilated. In house 112 is a switch in the kitchen. This should be at level 3 during the day. The Polish workers mentioned in other reviews were there, but rather unremarkable. The one or the other celebrated for sure, but from 2300 o'clock it was always quiet. All in all for the price a good, reasonably priced accommodation, which I, if necessary, also book again.

Hello We were in the park for a week from 30.07 to 06.08. 2018 it was very nice to experience something else, on arrival it did not take long until we got the keys, only at the front desk did not speak German but still everything worked out well. The house was clean, a few small things were still there but it was not so tragic. Great park for families. Unfortunately, the equipment of the house, as well as the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. No barbecue (but was not specified), nevertheless desirable. Internet true more than bad. On demand, it was said that there is a fault. Can not believe, since on the changeover day (so if little houses are occupied) the Internet was good. According to internet research, the internet problem has been repeatedly discussed over the last 2 years! In the situation (in addition to numerous small slow-flowing streams), from our point of view, mosquito nets must be placed in front of the windows. In the summer from 21 o'clock you will be eaten by the beasts. The service leaves a lot to be desired. In the morning at half past nine, a furniture company is suddenly in front of our house and wants to deliver a new sofa ...... construction time then about 2 hours ... !!! arrival was well arranged, accommodation was spacious and furniture could idd deviate from photos as was indicated, furniture was not fresh and some pieces of furniture are in need of replacement.Bed down fine, bed above quality pieces less, bathroom upstairs no ventilation because of mold. It was a very nice, relaxing holiday. The house no. 158 was great, only the beds are very simple and always slip apart. In the bathroom a small stool for children would be very helpful, so they come to the handwashing and brushing your teeth and the sink. Otherwise, everything was great, we love to come back.

Very nice house with everything on and on. The park was good too. Unfortunately restaurant was closed due to circumstances and the pool is very small.

Friendly staff at the front desk. We were explained everything (map, handling of parking card, waste disposal, etc.). Accommodation was clean and corresponded to the description and presentation. We also had good luck with the neighbors, so we did not get a nagging impression.
