Do you charge commissions per booking?
We do not charge any commission on bookings made through our platform. This means you get the maximum benefit from your advertisement without any additional costs. Furthermore, we do not charge any hidden costs, which means you know exactly what to expect in advance.
What is the minimum duration?
Our advertisements have a duration of 12 months. But don't worry, one month before the advertisement expires, we will send you a new invoice to renew for another 12 months. This way, you can maintain your place on our website.
Who do guests contact?
With us, you have full control over communication with guests. You are free to decide how and when to respond to their questions and comments. This allows you to offer an optimal experience to your guests and give yourself as the owner the freedom and flexibility you need.
What I want to cancel?
If you decide to stop advertising your vacation home through our website and thus terminate our partnership, you can cancel it at least one month before your advertisement expires. This can be done through your account on our website or by contacting us.
When will I receive the invoice?
You will receive the invoice only after you have listed the house on the website and it can be booked.
