Maximaal 3 huisdieren/honden toegestaan. The semi-detached house, freshly renovated in 2021, is located in a quiet residential area in the beautiful monastery town of Walkenried. Hiking is possible almost from the front door and a bathing lake for people and animals is just 800 metres away. Restaurants, doctors, banks, butchers, bakers and much more are within walking distance.The house is completely fenced in with a 1.25m high fence. A covered terrace invites you to relax. There are 3 - 4 parking spaces availableWe are happy to provide you with a mobile charging station - please contact us before your arrival.The house has been completely gutted and renovated. The house has enough space for up to 8 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance area with a small office corner from where you can access the small wellness area with an infrared sauna. An open wooden staircase takes you to the first floor where you will find the spacious living and dining room with a 55-inch SmartTV, the spacious kitchen with Nespresso Vertuo, a guest toilet with washing machine and a bedroom with 2 single beds. On the second floor you will find 2 bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds, one bedroom has a large modern bathroom with a large floor-level shower and bathtub. The second shower room is adjacent to the second bedroom. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating.The Cistercian monastery is known far beyond the borders of the Harz Mountains. A monastery market is held every year in September. From the house it is about 800 metres to the Priorteiche, a forest swimming pool for people and animals.We are happy to provide a travel cot for children and a high chair free of charge, please let us know when booking.ATTENTION: The additional costs (costs on site) such as final cleaning, dog, tourist tax, laundry package and deposit etc. must be transferred before departure.
