The child-friendly FAMILY house offers around 89 m² of living space for up to 8 guests - ideally four adults and four children. It has two bedrooms with double beds and two more with single beds, complemented by modern furnishings that leave nothing to be desired: two bathrooms (with shower on the ground floor and bathtub on the upper floor), including hairdryer, a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven as well as a flat-screen TV with soundbar and radio. There is another TV in one of the upstairs bedrooms.

The outdoor area invites you to relax on the terrace, equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture - ideal for cosy hours outdoors. A handcart is available for hire for short trips to the beach. The entire house is fenced, making it ideal for guests with pets (for a fee). Even the laundry is taken care of: a coin-operated washing machine is at your disposal.

The location of the house offers the ideal starting point for exploring the rich culture and beauty of the surrounding Hanseatic cities. At the same time, you can enjoy the immediate proximity to the beach, which is ideal for long walks and relaxing days by the sea. Please note that bed linen and towels must be booked in advance. If you have not booked this service, please bring your own bed linen and towels. Bedding, including pillows, duvets, and children's cots, is provided.

Please park only in the parking spaces designated for your house. Our robotic lawn mowers operate daily between 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

Outdoor furniture and sun umbrellas must be secured or folded away whenever you leave the property. A charcoal grill is available on the terrace, please clean it after use and leave it in good condition.

Fresh bread rolls are available from the local bakery or the Liebeslaube Campsite. Additional shopping facilities, including a Kaufland supermarket, can be found in Gägelow, approximately 3 km away.

The Wi-Fi password can be found on the door frame.

Each washer-dryer is easy to use and is equipped with a coin-operated timer (€1).

The outdoor swimming pool is open from Easter through October. It is covered and available to all guests free of charge.

An outdoor sauna is available for all guests and can also be reserved for exclusive use. The sauna operates with a €1 coin meter.

Please keep an eye on your children at all times, including when they are using the playgrounds.

We separate waste and recycling. The waste bins are located at the entrance to the property.

The dishwasher must be emptied before departure. If time does not allow for a final dishwasher cycle, we kindly ask that any remaining dishes be washed by hand.

A copy of the house rules is displayed on the entrance door. There you will also find the spare key and additional important information for your stay.
