Our Scandinavian-style beach house, "Sandrose 266," enjoys a fantastic location directly behind the dunes, just 30 meters from the sea. It is exclusively furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. The living room is equipped with an air purifier. According to the manufacturer, this removes 99.9% of viruses and aerosols from the air.

The secluded location of our house (no immediate neighbors) is unique within the beach park, and the upper floor offers sea views. Unwind in the beach chair on the terrace, relax in the sauna, take a dip in the Baltic Sea from the dunes, lounge in the whirlpool, and then enjoy a good glass of red wine in front of the crackling fireplace. Electric heating provides warmth. This is pure relaxation!

Note regarding additional costs and fees:

Please note that during New Year's week, the property can only be booked by the week at a fixed price, with flexible arrival and departure days.
... A security deposit of €150 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee (€200 for New Year's Eve). The security deposit will be refunded after departure, less any additional charges.

Electricity (€0.45/kWh) and water (€6.50/m³) are charged according to consumption (prices subject to change).

Bed linen and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.

The tourist tax is payable before arrival.

One parking space near the house is available free of charge.

An additional parking space can be rented for a fee.

Please note: The houses in the beach park are located in a biosphere reserve; therefore, open fires are not permitted.
