The approx. 85m2 semi-detached house is located on a residential street, not far from Seestrasse.The ground floor offers a 35m2 living room with an integrated kitchen and a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with shower and a storage room. In the kitchen you will find - apart from the basic equipment - a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster and an oven. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms and a guest WC. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (two mattresses 90x200cm), the other bedroom with 2 separate beds (90x200cm). External blinds are fitted to all windows in the house. You can use a washing machine and tumble dryer across the street for doing your laundry (for a fee). WLAN is available. Please note that there is ONE car parking space per house, unfortunately we cannot offer a parking space for trailers and larger vehicles.You can sit on the south-facing terrace and enjoy your holiday while being sheltered from view.Please note: Dogs must be kept on a lead and are not allowed to run around without a lead. Please note - we cannot accommodate fighting dogs. Each half of the house has a seating area for your exclusive use, these are NOT separately fenced in for dogs.Arrival day is usually Saturday.Dear tenants, please state the names and ages of all travellers when booking so that your booking can be answered quickly.
