Large room for drying and storing clothes and sport equipment. Large 30 m² terrace with terrace furniture. Air source heat pumps in both floors.

The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as you have to climb stairs from the car shelter to the main door.

The neighboring apartment, Villa Arcus A, is also bookable from Lomarengas. The firewood is located next door, on the A-side, and is freely available for both apartments.
