This detached house stands in a small, peaceful village in the midst of the enchanting Normandy countryside. There are several larger towns in the vicinity, such as Avranches, Cancale and Saint-Malo, which you can easily reach by motorway, as well as the famous Mont Saint-Michel.The owner lives in a house in the same village and is available to answer any questions. Internet access is available.On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The living room is furnished with a comfortable lounge set with television around the fireplace. In the dining room with its large table, the wide window offers a lovely view of the garden. There is also a bathroom with bath and WC on this level. The three bedrooms are on the upper floor. The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a double bed. The other two have a double bed each and one bedroom has a water point and toilet. The outside areas, available exclusively to guests, include a parking space, a terrace with a large barbecue, a garden and a swimming pool.There are numerous beaches within a few kilometres, including Saint-Pair, Jullouville and Carolles. Here you can enjoy a swim, as well as water sports. Nearby is the bay that is home to the famous Mont Saint-Michel, a World Heritage site. This historic and architectural monument is a must-see and an essential addition to your programme of outings.
