Within 150 metres you can find a tennis court, a yacht harbour and a swimming pool. The nearest café is just 50 metres away and the nearest grocery shop and a restaurant are 200 metres away. The Diocletian Palace, a UNESCO world cultural heritage site, is a kilometre away. It is only a ten-minute walk to the ferry harbour and the bus station and 22km to the airport.
