Large dining table with plenty of space.Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms. Kitchen with oven, Nespresso and dishwasher, toaster, milk frother, kettle. Directly on the Leekstermeer. Unique, quiet neighbourhood. Directly at the nature reserve "de Omlanden". 10 minutes by car to the centre of Groningen.Large sunny outdoor area and covered seating area with large dining table and 6 chairs. All mattresses were renewed in June 2023.The accommodationVery spacious living room with open-plan kitchen. Comfortable seating area for 5 people. Large dining table.Access for guestsAccess everywhere except the garden shed. That's where we keep our personal belongings.Further important informationPlenty of space in the chalet for 4/5 people. Public transport is not great. If you can, bring a bike. Fantastic routes in and through the nature reserve "Onlanden" and Leekstermeer. There is a locker and you don't have to check in anywhere.Bring a few Nespresso cups and tabs for the dishwasher.You can dispose of rubbish and glass at the entrance to the park.We are happy if you don't leave anything behind in the house.
