From the living room, French doors lead to the large, fenced garden (570 sq m!). There are two terraces, allowing you to enjoy the sun undisturbed throughout the day. A barbecue is also available.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a combination microwave/oven, and a dishwasher. A Nespresso machine is provided for coffee lovers.

The house has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed (two separate 90x200 cm mattresses with electrically adjustable head and foot sections) and a television. The second bedroom also has a double bed (two separate 80x200 cm mattresses). Ample closet space is provided.

The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a washing machine.

The house has central heating (underfloor heating). Free Wi-Fi is available. You can park on the premises (several cars).
