Cozy but simple accommodation in charming Lövestad village, next to the church and with a peaceful location and unique village feel. A stream flows through the lush garden, creating an idyllic and relaxing environment. Here you live close to all of Österlen's popular excursion destinations, beautiful beaches, farm shops and scenic surroundings. The house offers a small, functional kitchen adapted for cooking. Adjacent is a room with a dining area and access to a pleasant patio. A stove with wood is available for heating on cooler days. The spacious living room is equipped with a large corner sofa and provides plenty of space for socializing with music, board games and puzzles. There is also a smart TV that can be used with your own program selection. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and direct access to another furnished terrace. A steep and narrow staircase leads up to a sleeping loft, where there is a double bed and two single beds. The loft has certain limitations in terms of accessibility and safety, as there is only a floor hatch as an opening. It is therefore not suitable for small children to sleep up there. However, it is possible to take down two mattresses and make a bed on the spacious lower floor for those who want to. Blankets and pillows are provided for all 6 beds, but guests need to bring their own bed linen and towels. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. In the vicinity there is a grocery store and pizzeria for everyday needs, as well as the charming Alunbrukets coffee shop in a typical Skåne spirit. For nature lovers, beautiful, walkable trails are offered along the Verkeån, where the surrounding environment offers peace and scenic views in a varied landscape. A summer open-air swimming pool to visit with a 25-meter pool and trampoline. For a larger selection of shopping and services, Tomelilla and Sjöbo are within easy reach and can be reached by local buses. In addition, the Skåne coast offers miles of inviting beaches - perfect for excursions and relaxation on holiday.
