The chalet is located below Hotel Hotel Prätschli on Genderstrasse and is perfectly located for skiers and hikers to enter the Arosa sports area. 

Just a few minutes' walk from the Prätschli ski lift and the "Honigland" practice area for children. The Prätschli sledging run starts less than 500m away. The bus stop is only a few meters from the chalet, the golf course is approx. 500m away and the chalet is surrounded by hiking trails (e.g. the Squirrel Trail).
