Omschrijving

This beautiful villa has a private chlorine pool - measuring 8 m x 4 m and with a depth of 2 m -. On the plot there are several fruit trees that produce lemons, apricots, cherries and persimmons. You can relax on one of the 6 sun loungers or prepare a barbecue if you wish. The house has two furnished terraces, where you can enjoy lunch and dinner with your loved ones. This beautiful property is fenced and has no direct neighbors.

The house has two floors. In the main one they have the kitchen, with an induction hob; the dining room, equipped with a table, TV and wood stove; a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe; and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor is the living room, equipped with two sofas, air conditioning with heat pump, satellite TV, DVD and CD player. There are also two bedrooms, one of them with a trundle bed, and the other with a double bed, wardrobe and access to the upper terrace. The last room has no privacy, since it communicates with the living room. If you are traveling with a baby we will provide you with a crib and a high chair. There is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board as well as 6 radiators. There is a toilet outside.

Maria de la Salut is a cozy town in the center of the island, therefore, it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is basically rural and mostly inhabited by people from the island, so there is not much tourism and you will be able to discover the authentic Mallorca. You will find everything you need such as a supermarket, bars and some restaurants. In just 15 minutes driving you will reach the beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Ca’n Picafort. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.
