Omschrijving

Outside the apartment you will find an extensive communal chlorine pool, with dimensions of 10m x 4m and a depth range of 1m to 1.6m, where you can cool off on warm summer days and a garden area; where they can sunbathe while the little ones play. On the terrace of the house you can relax and have a drink with your companions, thanks to the outdoor dining area. Please note that as this is an apartment, privacy is partial since there are neighbors nearby.

Once inside, you will find a beautiful living room open to the dining room. The entire apartment has centralized AC. The room is equipped with Smart TV and will be the ideal place to share time with your loved ones. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is completely independent and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. At bedtime you will find two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath and the second bedroom has two single beds. Another bathroom with shower and hydromassage bathtub completes the room. They will be able to use the radiators and the washing machine that they will find in the accommodation. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

Casares Bay is known for its golden sand beaches and crystal-clear waters, as well as its impressive cliffs and rock formations that line the coast, making it the ideal destination for water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing and paddle surfing. Thanks to its numerous routes that run along the cliffs and along the coast, it is also the perfect place for hiking lovers. In terms of gastronomy, La Bahía is known for its fresh fish and seafood, which can be tasted in the numerous restaurants and bars in the area. Near this town, there is the Alcornocales Natural Park, the city of Estepona and the wonderful town of Marbella, located about 30km away.

The pool is open from May 15 to October 15 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
