The house offers several inviting patios with outdoor furniture, you also have a charming glass-enclosed patio where you can enjoy the beautiful view regardless of the weather. The large terrace invites you to long dinners and relaxing moments with the lake as a backdrop. Inside you are greeted by a tasteful and fresh home with modern amenities. The well-equipped kitchen has what you need to cook delicious meals, which are enjoyed at the pleasant dining area. The living room is spacious with a comfortable sofa group in front of the TV. The house has two nice bedrooms with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. If you want to fish, Lake Ödevata is nearby, where you can also rent a boat and canoe. Emmaboda offers a genuine Småland experience with proximity to both nature and culture. There are beautiful hiking trails, bike paths and good opportunities for fishing and swimming. In the surrounding area you will also find glassworks, local farm shops, a moose park and a variety of charming excursion destinations.
